All Arkay products are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.

Sales Are Final Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our beverages and applicable health and safety regulations, Arkay does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been processed or delivered.

Arkay products are designed to replicate the taste and experience of traditional spirits without alcohol. Individual taste perception is inherently subjective and may vary from person to person. For this reason, dissatisfaction based on taste, aroma, flavor profile, balance, expectations, or personal preference shall not constitute valid grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

Arkay products are intended to be enjoyed primarily in cocktails or mixed drinks, where their full flavor profile is best experienced. Customers acknowledge and accept that consuming the product in a manner other than intended does not create any basis for a claim, refund, or exchange.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that they understand the nature of the product, accept that taste perception is subjective, and agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Customer Conduct Policy
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR.

Arkay maintains a strict policy of respectful and professional communication. We do not tolerate insults, abusive language, harassment, threats, discriminatory remarks, slurs, or any other offensive conduct directed toward our team under any circumstances.

Any customer who engages in abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward Arkay staff may, at Arkay’s sole discretion, be refused service, have their order cancelled immediately, and have any existing or future business relationship terminated without prior notice.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to comply fully with this Customer Conduct Policy.

Age Requirement & Buyer Confirmation

By placing an order, the Buyer represents and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age, or the legal minimum age required in the Buyer’s jurisdiction for the purchase of adult non-alcoholic beverages.

The customer accepts that personal expectations or subjective impressions regarding taste, aroma, intensity, or finish do not alter the final-sale nature of the transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use the website or products.

Prohibited Resale
