Our Standard
We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced for websites under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve the site as we add new pages and products.
What We Have Done
- Text descriptions (alt text) on product photos and meaningful images.
- A logical heading structure and named page regions, so screen readers can move around each page.
- Full keyboard access to menus, product options, the cart and checkout, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and button colors chosen to meet the WCAG contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Labeled form fields and clear error messages.
- Moving content that can be paused, and a site that respects your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
Accessibility Menu
The accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of every page (or Alt + A on your keyboard) lets you adjust the site to your needs: text size, spacing, readable fonts, contrast and color, reading guides, a larger cursor, stopping animations and more. Your choices are remembered on your device. The menu is an extra convenience; the site is built to work with your own assistive technology without it.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of the site come from other providers, such as payment forms, embedded videos and reCAPTCHA. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not fully control their content.
