INGREDIENTS

  • 4 oz freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 oz ARKAY Dark Rum Alternative
  • 1 oz ARKAY Coffee Liqueur Alternative
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1-1.5 oz lightly whipped cream

METHOD

Add ARKAY Dark Rum Alternative, ARKAY Coffee Liqueur Alternative, and sugar into a heatproof glass. Add the hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves. Float lightly whipped cream on top.

GARNISH

Whole coffee beans or a dusting of cocoa powder.
