INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz ARKAY White Rum Alternative
  • 4 medium fresh strawberries, stemmed and quartered
  • ½ lime, cut into 3 wedges
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • Crushed ice

METHOD

Muddle the strawberries, lime wedges, and sugar in a rocks glass until the fruit releases its juice. Fill with crushed ice, add ARKAY White Rum Alternative, and stir well.

GARNISH

Lime slice.
