  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge

METHOD

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add lime juice and ginger beer. Slowly pour ARKAY Dark Rum Alternative on top so it floats.
