INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz ARKAY Botanical Gin Alternative
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 3 oz alcohol-free sparkling wine or sparkling tonic water, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist

METHOD

Add ARKAY Botanical Gin Alternative, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled flute. Top with chilled alcohol-free sparkling wine or sparkling tonic water.
