INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz ARKAY Whisky Alternative
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz egg whites
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice or maraschino cherry for garnish

METHOD

Add ARKAY Whisky Alternative, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites into a shaker without ice and dry-shake to build the foam. Add ice, shake again until well chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

GARNISH

A few dashes of alcohol-free aromatic bitters over the foam, with a lemon slice or maraschino cherry.
