Ingredients
Arkay Alcohol Free Gin (45ml / 1.5 Fl Oz)
Lime juice (15 ml / 0.5 Fl Oz)
3 Tablespoons of sugar
A handful of berries
Mineral water (45ml / 1.5 Fl Oz)
Preparation:
Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and a handful of berries
into a glass and macerate. Add ice, Arkay Alcohol Free
Gin, the lime juice and mix it.
In another glass, add ice then pour the mix through a
strainer into the new glass and add mineral water. You
can decorate with berries on the top if you want.

Arkay alcohol free Gin (60 ml / 2.02 Fl Oz)
Honey (30ml / 1.01 Fl Oz)
Lime juice (45ml / 1.52 Fl Oz)
1 Egg white
Mineral water (60ml / 2.02 Fl Oz)
Preparation:
For this mocktail the best is to use a stainless steel
cocktail shaker but if you don’t have one, you can use
any glass jar with a lid for shaking.
Add Arkay alcohol free Gin, honey, lime juice and 1 egg
white to a stainless steel cocktail shaker and shake
well for at least 15 seconds.
