Arkay Beverages is speeding toward an initial public offering in filing confidential paperwork with the US Securities and Exchange Commission this week, according to people familiar with the matter.

Arkay Beverage is seeking for 50 investors to purchase each 10,000 shares

In January 2019 Arkay Beverages Inc will start the listing process on the OTC Markets, ArKay should be listed by June 2019 if the company secures 50 beneficial Shareholders each owning at least 10,000 shares and if the company has a freely traded public float of at least 10 % of the total issued and outstanding shares

Arkay Beverage is seeking for 50 investors to purchase each 10,000 shares at $1/share, the pre-IPO shares shall be converted in publicly traded stock as soon as the company is listed on the OTC Market.

In the future Arkay may move from OTC Market to a major exchange like New York Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.

Arkay is not a public company yet ; this is not an offering to sell public sharesit is rather an invitation to become one of the 50 ArKay’ s initial private investors (shareholders) that Arkay needs to become a public company listed on the OTC Markets.
